Gillian Doyle, Wine Business Manager
Gill Doyle has worked in the McLaren Vale wine industry for 12 years as an accountant and administration manager. She joined Pertaringa late in 1996 to manage and develop the wine business and allow Geoff and Ian to focus on the vineyard side where the serious winemaking begins. It is exciting to see the rapid growth of the Pertaringa wine sales and the recognition from outstanding industry journalists for the quality and value of the wine.
Michael Wehrs, Business Development Manager
Michael joined the Pertaringa team in 2002 after moving out from Germany with his family. After 15 years marketing in the fashion industry Michael decided to turn his attention to his other love... wine. A man of many talents and languages (Michael can speak French, Italian, English and of course German) Michael is loved by Pertaringa's cellar door visitors and is an integral part of the Pertaringa team.
Richard Leask, Vineyard Manager
Ian's son Richard has taken on the responsibility of managing the Pertaringa Vineyard. Ian Leask has always maintained the vineyard using minimal spray and his son Richard Leask will continue the tradition with biodynamic practices and principles. Richard has a real passion for Grenache and Petit Verdot which means they will be wines to watch over the coming years.
